Experience a thorough assessment, which may include a posture, neurological, orthopaedic or a spinal assessment to identify the root causes and hidden contributors to your discomfort.
If chiropractic care is appropriate for you, Dr. Ian will deliver precise chiropractic adjustments, tailored to your body and preferences. If chiropractic care is not suitable, we'll refer you to a practitioner who can best help you.
If further investigation is required, you may be referred for spinal x-rays off site at a location that is most convenient to you.
Dr. Ian will explain your condition in further detail and if you were referred for x-rays, explain the findings, and outline treatment options, costs and recovery times. From here, we will work together to help you achieve your goals. Any subsequent appointments will consist of chiropractic adjustments only. Dr. Ian will also provide you with appropriate exercises and stretches, and advice on stress reduction and ergonomics. Re-examination will be performed at a pre-defined interval.
